The driver of a pickup truck, Ronald McCollum, was going North in the Southbound lanes of traffic on Hwy. 49 near Wiggins, MS when he collided head-on with a vehicle driven by Ryan Roberts. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Mr. Roberts was from Pascagoula, MS.
The family of Mr. Roberts can make a claim against the other driver's insurance company for funeral expenses, loss of income in the future, loss of love,society and companionship and any other damages allowed by law under Mississippi's Wrongful Death statute.
