About 3,900 UTV's are being recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission due to a crash hazard. The utv can accelerate without warning. There have been 32 reports of unexpected acceleration. These vehicles have a propensity to rollover and are dangerous. Off highway and off road vehicles are involved in hundreds of accidents every year.
The affected models have serial numbers between 85004828 and 95010404 and were sold from June 2007 through July 2009. Call 1-866-678-6701 or contact their web site at www.badboyenterprises.com . The CPSC is advising consumers to immediately stop using the recalled Bad Boy Buggies and contact their dealer for a free repair.
