Eric Barrow of Baton Rouge, LA. was killed in an accident on I-10 on the Mississippi River Bridge when his vehicle hit the rear of a stopped 18 wheeler which was stopped on the down slope in the inside westbound lane. An earlier accident was the reason why the 18 wheeler was stopped on the bridge.
