Casey Aldridge and two of his four passengers were not wearing any seat belts and were thrown out of the vehicle when he wrecked his Ford pickup truck after a fishing trip. The paramedics said that he suffered brain trauma, a fractured skull and was unconscious at times. He sustained a blood clot near his brain which needed to be operated on soon.
